Operating:

1.Clean the parts to be joined 

2.Clean soldering iron tip and "tin" all faces of tip with a coating of solder 

3.Heat parts ,not solder, to be joined. 

4.Apply flux-core solder to heated parts, not tit till solder me soldering tip ,and heat it till solder melts and flows freely

 

Note:

1.When the soldering iron is plugged in for the first time, there comes out a smoke from the  tip end. The smoke stops in a smoke while and a smoke never comes out again 

2.After finish the longer life tip face 

3.Use soldering stand and other aids to avoid burnt fingers.  

4.Don't pull the soldering iron tip outward and use it in that way, which will shorten the heating element life.  

5.Don't file the long life tip face and Don't apply too much solder unnecessarily

Description

This ball caster used for MiniQ robot is a white ABS housing, a 3/8" diameter metal ball, two spacers (1/16" and 1/8" thick), and two #2 screw sets.

The total height of this ball caster is 0.4" with no spacers. You can also adjust the height by adding the spacers.The ball caster is used in our widely popular MiniQ sereis.

DFLG6DOF is a bionic robotic arm, it consists of six servo motors, corresponding to the arm, elbow, wrist (2 degrees of freedom), five joints and one rotating base in all. Each joint can move in a certain range, and the base can be rotated about 180 degrees. With 24 channel veyron servo controller, all action can be controlled via PC software, supporting online debug and wireless control. In a word, this is a high cost performance, easy to use robot arm. It is real a good robot demonstration teaching platform and DIY robotic arm.

The servo can be connected directly to the arduino IO expansion shield or the Romeo robot microcontroller, and arduino servo library makes it easier to use.

Description

How can your robot rule the world with an iron fist if it doesn't have a hand? This LG-NS robot gripper makes a great addition to a small arm or mobile base. The gripper features injection molded components and can use two standard hobby servos (not included) for open and close and wrist rotate. The clamp open to 1.3" and the wrist rotates approximately 180 degrees. It needs only a screw driver for assembly.

Inside of the chassis are 4 noise suppression coils at the bottom and a battery holder that accepts 6x AA batteries (not included). It is recommended to use NiMh batteries as they last longer and have a higher current output than Alkaline batteries.

Each gearbox has an 87:1 ratio and includes an optical quadrature encoder that gives 1000 pulses over 3 revolutions of the output shaft. The chassis can be upgraded to include four motors and encoders making it ideal for mecanum wheels.

Dual gearbox from Tamiya. This is an excellent way to get started quickly with robotics! You may have read many websites about servos, gear head motors, DC motors, stepper motors, and the pit-falls associated with each. We swear by these gearboxes because of their price, their ease in assembly, and the ability to be controlled by low-cost motor driver ICs.
